Alexsai Srourali is a Data and AI Advisor whose work connects technical architecture, executive strategy and global policy. With over a decade of experience across computer science, business administration, AI and entrepreneurship, he helps governments, multinational corporations and executive teams turn complex technology into practical growth and digital transformation.

An MIT-educated speaker with international keynote experience, Alexsai is the CEO of SocialLab Estonia and the architect behind the world’s first Governmental Chief AI Officer programme. He has also founded SocialLab.ai, Owlink.ai and Mamuka.ai.

Alongside his advisory work, he contributes to global technology governance, taking part in focus groups and standards committees with the ITU, WHO, AAAI and IEEE on AI, the Metaverse and quantum computing.
