Anoush Arshakyan is an art technologist and interdisciplinary practitioner working across art, digital fabrication, material research and education. She is Head of Creative Research and Programs at Fab Lab Armenia Education Foundation and leads Fabricademy – Textile and Technology Academy in Armenia.

Starting from art management and curatorial practice, Anoush’s work has grown into experimental making, material research and interdisciplinary learning. A graduate of Fab Academy, developed at MIT’s Center for Bits and Atoms, she links the global Fab Lab Network with local capacity-building in Armenia and the wider region. Her current research looks at material intelligence, living systems, open-source culture and the relationship between traditional knowledge and contemporary technology.
