Sophie Sparkes is a Data Experience Designer who makes data human and relatable. With over 13 years in data visualisation, she specialises in hands-on, illustrated experiences that turn spreadsheets into something you can hold, fold and actually want to engage with.

Sophie is also a PhD researcher at the Diverse CDT (City St George’s, University of London), where her research focuses on participatory, lo-fi and tactile approaches to data visualisation.
