
Anastasia Kvinikadze
Director of Engineering at Impel
Anastasia Kvinikadze is the Director of Engineering at Impel, where she leads the development of advanced AI platforms powering the global automotive industry. Previously a Lead Software Engineer and Software Engineer at Impel, she helped build the company’s core machine learning and engineering infrastructure from the ground up.
Before joining Impel, Anastasia worked as a Software Development Engineer in Test at Space Neobank, and contributed to Khan Academy as a narrator and translator — helping bring high-quality educational content to Georgian learners.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Free University of Tbilisi, graduated from the Tbilisi I. Vekua Physics-Mathematical School №42, and completed a student exchange program at Fort Collins High School in the United States. In 2024, Anastasia received the “Discovery of the Year” award at the Grace Hopper Technology Awards, celebrating her as one of Georgia’s emerging women leaders in technology.
