Anastasiia Morozova is a data and investigative journalist from Ukraine, currently based in Poland. She focuses on uncovering Russian influence operations, sanctions evasion, and tracking Russian assets across Europe. Passionate about using data to tell powerful stories, Anastasiia combines investigative rigor with innovative analysis to make complex topics accessible to readers. She’s now exploring how AI can support small newsrooms – from speeding up data analysis to improving storytelling and visualization.

Before joining Google, Natalia led investigative projects at Fundacja Reporterów (OCCRP partner in Poland) and worked across major international outlets in the Western Balkans. She is also an alumna of the Harvard-supported Leadership Academy for Poland.
