Yana Chshyogoleva is an operations and digital transformation specialist with over a decade of experience in optimizing business processes and implementing technology-driven solutions. She excels at building automation systems, data-based reporting frameworks, and efficient organizational structures that help companies reduce costs and boost productivity.

As Vice President of Operations at American Medical Centers, Yana developed standardized operational frameworks for eight clinics across multiple countries and led numerous digital transformation initiatives. Today, she works as an independent consultant, helping organizations streamline workflows, select the right technologies, and automate for sustainable growth.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from KIMEP University (Kazakhstan) and certifications from leading programs including Google Project Management, IBM Data Science, and Google Data Analytics.
